My
name is Thaddeus St. Marthe Jr. I was born July 25,1995 in United States Virgin
Islands on the island of St. John. At the age of 18 I knew I wanted to become a
Chef. Something about the Culinary life allows me too free up and be creative. I
really enjoy creating food using seasonal ingredients. I also like to learn
about foods from different cultures and learning how to infuse them with
different things. My Professional Goal is to open the first Michelin Star restaurant
in the Virgin Islands. To help me reach that goal I have been studying at the
Johnson and wales University taking in every bit of information about the
industry that I can learn. So far I am very grateful for the skills I have
learn and the connections I have made while attending this school.
