my score was 104 which means my score land in the range of moderate readiness for a leadership role. I feel really good about my score I answered all the questions truthfully.

In this assessment It had 15 statements range for 1-5 my score was a 50 I understand why I got the score.

In this assessment It had 20 statements range for 1-5 my score was a 80 I understand why I got the score.

In this assessment It had 22 statements range for 1-5 my score was a 86 I understand why I got the score.

in this assessment I answered questions based on true or false about myself and my work skills, true being positive and false being negative. There was 15 questions and I got 10 trues out of 15.

In this assessment, I had to indicate whether I mostly agree or disagree with the statements while relating them to my career in the culinary industry. Out of ten question I agreed with seven of them. It showed me that I need to work harder on my leadership skills.
