In 10th grade I
worked with other local chefs in the St. Ursula’s church on St. John. we cook
for the homeless and the elderly. Even though I did not get paid I really
enjoyed myself. For one it made me feel good that I was helping people in need.
I also learned a lot while working under these chefs. The old folks always kept
a smile on my face with their stories from back in the day. For some reason I always
learn something from them.
